Instructions:
Water in a pan to boil and remove water from heat and let sit for 5-10 second.
Place one tray in the water holding tab of tray for 3-5 seconds. If you keep in water too long it will shrink.
Place one tray in your in your mouth inserting your teeth into tray. this will not burn.
Close your mouth and suck in air.
Use your fingers to push against the tray to create more impression.
Leave the tray in your mouth for about 10 second.
Trim the trays with small scissors along the gum line and cut off the tab so you can close your mouth with the trays inside.
Repeat steps for 2-7 for the second tray.
