Weight gain is one of the leading cause of depression. Sometimes it takes so much courage to speak out or to actually accept a fact about ones self. I have been blogging about fitness for a while now and I have noticed that my traffic gets higher when products about weight loss and easy ways to keep and look fit is introduced on the blog.

This shows that a lot of people are looking for easy solutions when it comes to this aspect. Do not get me wrong, everyone can not be same, some have medical issues,for some it is genetically while some its about the lifestyle and diet.
This post is dedicated to those who have no health issues, who can actually help themselves, those that got weighty from unhealthy diet, those who actually wants to loose weight but looking for easy ways, giving excuses like if I do I will look sick,. "I'm big boned"I can't help it - it runs in the family!""I've got three kids and I just can't get rid of the baby weight" I've got a slow metabolism".
If you’re carrying too much weight, odds on you’re more anxious or depressed than you need to be. Losing this weight is associated with a better quality of life, improved mood, better self-esteem, and a more positive attitude to life.
Signs you need to lose weight:
Amidst the concern over medical complications associated with weight gain and obesity, new research suggests carrying extra weight is also linked to anxiety and depression.

Your waist circumference is greater than 35 inches. Not to put a hard-and-fast number on health, but science suggests that excessive belly fat can increase your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

This all starts suddenly when you find yourself hiding under big cloths in other not to show your actual body size, insecurities start creeping in, dressing in front of your mates get harder, picking clothings gets more difficult because you keep trying to hide your body.

You can do yourself more good, everybody cant be same honey, but if you feel insecure or not so comfortable about your body, you can change that feeling.
It is not easy, but patience and perseverance is key. Eat healthy, work out moderately, drink lot of water. Remember your body is a representation of you, if you do not like it then change it. No one can do this for you.
