When you can’t decide between cookies or brownies, you gotta make these
They’re fudgy and gooey, packed with cookie dough and lots of chocolate chips.

Here’s what you’ll need
Brownie:
170g Unsalted butter, melted
250g Caster sugar
2 large eggs
125g Dark chocolate, melted & cooled slightly
100g Plain flour
30g Cocoa powder
1 tsp Salt
80g Chocolate chips
Cookie dough:
100g Unsalted butter, softened
125g Light brown sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 tsp Vanilla
110g Plain flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder
75g Chocolate chips
+ extra chocolate chips for the toppings
Tin size: 8x8”
Bake 170C (fan) 30 mins - or until the brownie no longer wobbles in the middle
Allow to cool fully in the tin - I refrigerated mine for a few hours for a cleaner cut.
