A super soft and chocolatey muffin, loaded with milk, white and dark chocolate chips.

All you need is:
2 large eggs, room temp
60ml vegetable oil
120ml whole milk, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g self-raising flour
25g cocoa powder
200g caster sugar
Bake 200C (fan) 7 mins - then turn the oven down to 170C (fan) for 15-16 mins - or until a toothpick comes out clean - Do not open the oven whilst baking!
