𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 (plant-based & gluten-free)
* 1 cup almond milk
* 1/2 cup apple sauce
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 3/4 cup oat flour
* 1/4 cup almond flour
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
* Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Don't over-whisk the mixture. The dough should be rich and creamy in texture. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side. Enjoy with your favourite toppings!
