How to make Vegan Pizza without Oven

Vegan Pizza

Would you like to make easy af pizza in a standard oven without using an expensive stand mixer or kneading dough until your hands fall off? Of course you do.

However, you must prepare the dough the night before. Instead of an overpriced stand mixer, time will knead the dough for you.

INGREDIENTS PER PIZZA

150g bread flour
1- 2g sea salt or any salt
0.3g dry instant yeast
100g cold water

THE DOUGH

Dump flour into a large bowl.
Mix in your salt and stir.
Mix in your yeast and stir.
Dump in your cold water.
Mix loosely with a fork or spoon for a minute until everything is combined and you have a rough dough.
Coat with a little splash of oil.
Cover the bowl with tin foil or plastic wrap.

Place in the fridge for up to 18 hours or less. (It should double and be full of bubbles that's how you know it's done).

Dump your dough onto a floured surface and ball your dough. Add a little flour as necessary to help ball the dough if it's sticky Cover your BALLZ (I assume you're going to make multiple pizzas so multiply the quantities) rise for one hour.

Half an hour before you plan to cook your pizzas preheat your oven to the maximum temperature.

Form your dough balls into pizza bases and top with toppings

COOKING

Cook the bottom of the pizza inside a large non stick frying pan on your hob (no oil needed in the pan)

Then shake your pizza out from your frying pan onto your ovens wire rack (placed at the highest or second highest setting) and cook the top of the pizza under your ovens grill (broiler for Americans) until done.

HOW TO MAKE THE CHEEZ

Make a roux in a saucepan with bread flour or plain, vegan butter, soy milk, salt, garlic powder and I chucked in a bunch of Asda cheez slices, you could also add nooch.
