Nivea nourishing day cream review

I do not know how some people like me, lol, still go out without sunscreen. I literally used to go out without wearing sunscreen; the sun is not friendly to your skin, and I found out and changed even though I have written lots of articles about it. I still have setbacks, such as my sunscreen finishing and I getting lazy to go get a new one or forgetting to apply sunscreen, but I have disciplined myself to be consistent and always use it, and here are the benefits of always applying the Nivea nourishing day cream I have seen so far.

1. Brighter skin appearance
2. Prevent sunburn.
3. Skin cancer
4. premature aging

I have been using the Nivea nourishing day cream with 24 hours of moisture and natural almond oil for dry and sensitive skin with SPF 15. I like this product because after applying it, it dries very fast and doesn't make your skin oily or feel too heavy. It is very light, and I always feel comfortable, and it blends so well with makeup and doesn't cause sweating or leave any residue.

The SPF (Sun Protection Factor) scale is not linear:

• SPF 15 blocks 93% of UVB rays
• SPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB rays
• SPF 50 blocks 98% of UVB rays

Is SPF 15 good enough for your skin?
The most effective method of sun protection is to use sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 15, to apply the appropriate amount (2 mg/cm2 of skin or approximately one ounce for full body coverage), to reapply it every two hours, and reapply it again after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. If you work in an office setting, you might not need to reapply it using the above recommendations because you might have your makeup on, but if you go bare-faced to work, you can do that.

The Sun Protection Factor (PF) is a measurement of how well a sunscreen will protect the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet B (UVB) rays. These rays are a form of radiation that can lead to sunburn, skin damage, and even skin cancer.

I recommend it if you have dry skin because I am still working on perfecting my water intake, which causes dry skin, so this product also helps. Also, it balances moisture levels.

Here is what is written on the product
  • Deeply nourishes and smoothes skin
  • With Natural Almond Oil, Natural Magnolia Extract, and Nivea Moisture Care Complex
  • Intensively moisturizes for up to 24 hours, thus balancing the skin’s own moisture level
  • Protects your skin from external stressors
  • Vegan Formula
  • Formula free from microplastic
  • Fully recyclable

  2. I didn't have this product, but I really like Nivea, I often use it. This ordinary cream helps me a lot with frozen skin! :)
