I had an absolutely lovely Sunday. I have been craving akara all week long, so I decided to make it, and, oh my, it was delicious. Akara is made with blended beans, pepper, salt, and maggi and then fried to taste. After eating, I slept and had a long rest while making sure everything was set for today.
