34 Bible verses that remind us that prayer is the key

In times of trouble, we may find ourselves weak in prayer, but we should always remember that prayer is key and that God has given us all we need to pray to Him and receive help in times of need. Remember what a privilege it is to carry everything to God in prayer.

1 John 5:14:

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.

Jeremiah 33:3:

Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.

James 5:14-16:

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

Matthew 21:22:

And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.
