Have you tried this Tesco Extracts cocoa butter body lotion? Well, if you haven't, I am here for you because you get to know what you are buying. Below is a photo of the before and after of the Tesco Extracts cocoa butter body lotion.

Let me start by saying that this cream is suitable for summer, and contrary to the name cocoa butter, you might be expecting a thick texture, but this is light. It is white in colour and has a calm and subtle fragrance of cocoa butter. Nice and simple packaging with the ingredients written on the cream.

So here is what you need to know about the Tesco Extracts cocoa butter body lotion:

1. It is light and not like the cocoa butter texture you expect.

2. It is suitable for summer weather.

3. Since I have been using it, I didn't see the skin.

4. The promise of a softening effect did not work on my skin.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in this case, I am sure everyone can see how beautiful this ring is. It stands out so perfectly. When I first saw this oval-cut white sapphire 925 sterling silver ring, I knew I should have it. Jewellery doesn't really cross my mind often, but when I see the one I love, I want to have it. Gemstones are my favourites. They add a touch of luxury to an outfit. One of my favourite ways to wear gemstones is by matching them with the same necklace and earrings.

The package arrived on time. Excitedly, I opened the box, and it matched everything I saw on the website. Since personalization was available, I personalised the ring. The brand did it just the way I wanted it. The customization was neatly done. I wrote a special date close to my heart, and above all, this piece arrived on time. Well packaged in a custom-made Joancee jewellery box, sealed to prevent damage. Contained a note, care instructions, cloth, and the rings. I love when brands drop a note inside a package; it just makes it even more personal to me. The words in the note expressed appreciation for me and thanked me for choosing their brand.

Gemstones are my favourite types of jewellery, with sapphires topping the list. I like sapphires because they are available in a wide variety of colours, including blue, black, colourless, and all shades in between. In sapphire, there are no restrictions on colour saturation or tone. The trace mineral concentration of a sapphire crystal is what gives sapphires their various colours. Due to the titanium element present in the crystal, a blue sapphire will reflect blue light. A sapphire will be pink in colour if it contains other trace minerals, such as chromium. You could have a sapphire that is lime green or purplish blue if a mix of components is present in the stone. The sapphire crystal would be colourless if it were chemically pure. A sapphire will exhibit whatever special, one-of-a-kind colour the elements of nature place within it.

Light lime green to olive green is the typical colour range for green sapphires. These stones can include substantial amounts of secondary colours like blue and yellow. Typically, green sapphires are not extremely expensive. The degree of colour saturation has little bearing on how much these stones cost.

I went for the green colour because green sapphires are unusually rare. Despite being in short supply, green sapphire is hardly known by the general public; therefore, demand hasn't driven prices as high as it has for pink or yellow sapphires. However, they have just as beautiful a light reflection and are just as stunning. The price of green sapphires is increasing gradually, and purchasing them now would be a great idea.
It's time to get ready for a summer in the sun for your family as the days lengthen, the temperature rises, and school draws closer to an end. It may take a little trial and error to find out what your family enjoys doing together for fun, but there is no shortage of summertime activities that are ideal for restless, daring children.

Therefore, the following list of seven family-friendly outdoor activities will help you turn off the television and increase family bonding.

Go camping
Camping is a timeless, enjoyable family activity that is sure to bring you joy this summer as you swim, stargaze, and explore the wilderness. You can spend quality time with your kids while educating them about nature by setting up camp in the great outdoors and pitching a tent. You will make priceless, enduring memories, whether you spend time identifying unusual bugs or gathering rocks to bring home.

Schedule a beach day.

The essence of summer is a sunny day at the beach. The fun never ends on beach days with activities like building sandcastles, lounging by the shore, and wading in the water. To avoid sunburned children and irritable teenagers, ensure you have the necessary supplies before you leave.

For a successful day at the beach, you'll need things like towels, sunscreen, hats, umbrellas, and blankets. Before relaxing on the sandy shoreline, prepare a filling lunch and gather beach-safe toys. Spending a day at troon beach would be great.
"A whimsical wedding gown is usually light and airy, with details such as colour, prints, or textural appliqués such as 3D flowers or ruffles." It's common knowledge that searching for the perfect wedding dress can be a stressful experience. After all, it seems like there are an infinite number of different styles and silhouettes to choose from. If, on the other hand, you can't help but imagine yourself walking down the aisle while wearing a gown that is delicate, ethereal, and feminine, then a romantic wedding dress is the style that is best suited to you.

Baking with a cartoon theme is the latest trend to take over social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The goal is to give the impression that a real cake is two-dimensional. This trend is very much like the pop-art nail designs that have been popping up all over the place. We are not fussy about the outcome in any way. The icing on the cake in the cartoon looks delicious.

One of the most popular types of dresses to wear during this season is a slip dress. They are universally flattering and go well with a wide variety of other items. Slip dresses can look great when paired with stylish trainers, pumps or ankle boots and heels. Slip dresses are not the most appropriate attire for the workplace but depending how you style it, you can wear it to work.

I have been wearing slips dresses lately, if you check out my instagram and fashion posts you will see that I previously wore a blue slip dress. A slip dress is an essential piece of clothing for the spring and summer seasons despite the fact that it is best worn during the transitional months because it is made of a lightweight fabric.

This fall, one of my favourite trends is the satin slip dress, and one of my favourite colours to wear with it is black. Slip dresses are not only fashionable, comfortable, and simple to put on, but they also manage to be chic and versatile. Slip dresses are enjoyable to wear because they can be styled in a variety of ways.

Slip dresses are a classic piece that can be added to any wardrobe because of their unfussy cuts and sophisticated sheens. This holds true regardless of the wearer's body type. I picked up this pretty black slip dress from Femmeluxe. I've been wearing slip dresses lately. They are very simple to style and are an excellent choice for the warmer months.

Sleep is essential for good health, and sleep deprivation can have serious consequences.

Several years ago, Netflix's official Twitter account posted the following message: "Sleep is my greatest enemy." This is exactly how you might feel when you know you should be in bed but don't want to go. But your need to stay awake might be bad for your health. Here's why it's time to stop putting off going to bed and start moving in a healthier direction:

What does procrastination at bedtime mean?
Our highly connected world keeps us busy by giving us one more episode to watch, one more text to answer, and a few more social media apps to try out. It can be hard to find time for ourselves when we have to deal with stress and problems every day. Does it come as a surprise that many of us delay going to bed?

Nearly 20 years ago, a group of researchers in Europe came up with the term "bedtime procrastination" to describe someone who goes to bed later than planned even though they know it will affect them. According to their findings, adults who delayed going to bed by a large margin felt more tired and slept fewer hours per night than their counterparts who did not delay going to bed.

one important thing? Smartphone use: People who put things off use their phones for an average of almost 80 minutes before bed, while people who don't put things off use their phones for 18 minutes.

People who tend to put things off use their smartphones for nearly 80 minutes before bed, while those who don't tend to use them until after midnight.

What's the point?
Getting less sleep than you need on a regular basis or not getting enough good sleep is linked to a number of bad health outcomes, such as high blood pressure, heart problems, cognitive problems, and depression. Along with good nutrition and exercise, sleep is one of the three most important things for good health. Yet we often forget that getting enough restful sleep is a way to improve our physical and mental health.

What can you do if you have trouble going to bed on time?
Researchers from the Republic of Korea recently did a small trial of a programme to help people who put off going to bed. Their programme is all about getting people more motivated and changing the way they act. During this preliminary study, 20 people met once a week for 50 minutes for three weeks, and then they got a phone call to check in. They cut the amount of time they wasted before bed by more than 60% and had less trouble with insomnia and daytime sleepiness.

Dementia presents numerous difficulties to those who are close to those who are suffering from it. Common behaviours that result from conditions like Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, or frontotemporal dementia can be challenging to observe and deal with.

Caregiving for a person with dementia can occasionally be frustrating, challenging, or upsetting. The way forward can be made easier by understanding why specific behaviours take place and learning effective ways to deal with a range of circumstances.

What actions are typical of those who suffer from dementia?
People who have dementia frequently display a variety of odd behaviours, including:

  • saying strange things or describing certain things incorrectly.
  • forgetting to take a bath or not realising the importance of maintaining good hygiene.
  • asking the same question repeatedly or repeating themselves.
  • stealing or misplacing items from others.
  • neither remembering nor recognising who they are.
  • the conviction that a loved one who has passed away is still alive.
  • hoarding things like mail or even trash.
  • displaying paranoid tendencies.
  • being easily agitated or confused.
  • Without informing you, I left the house and got lost.

Why do these actions take place?
Imagine a wildfire changing its course inside the brain of a loved one who has dementia, harming or obliterating the brain cells (neurons) and neural networks that control our behaviour.

The underlying cause(s) of dementia will determine what causes this damage. For instance, although the precise cause of Alzheimer's disease is unknown, proteins that either clog up or strangle brain cells are thought to play a significant role in the disease. Neurons die as a result of intermittently inadequate blood flow to specific brain regions in a person with vascular dementia.

"As dementia worsens, the person starts to lose brain cells that are involved in memory, planning, judgement, and mood regulation. Your filters are lost.
