The UK government has announced a ban on XL Bully dogs, a breed that has been associated with a number of attacks, including fatalities. The ban will make it illegal to own an XL Bully within three months. The government has formed a panel of experts to define the breed, as it is not officially recognized by the UK Kennel Club.
